Booking, payment & cancellations
A 25% booking deposit is required before your rental is reserved. It applies toward the total balance and is not a separate security or damage deposit. If you cancel, the booking deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining balance is due by the agreed due date.
24-hour rentals & late returns
Rentals run for 24 hours from the agreed start time. Equipment must be returned or available for collection by the agreed return/pickup time. Rentals beyond 24 hours or unavailable equipment may incur additional rental, delivery, trip, or labor fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Care, damage, loss & cleaning
You are responsible for the equipment from receipt until return or collection. Lost, stolen, broken, burned, or excessively damaged equipment may be charged at reasonable repair or replacement cost; normal wear and tear is excluded. Normal cleaning is included. Excessive mud, food, paint, glue, tape residue, wax, marker, or unusual material may incur extra cleaning charges.
Weather, storage & delivery access
Protect equipment from severe weather and excessive moisture. Do not leave it outside overnight without approval. Provide safe access and accurate delivery information, and make equipment accessible at the agreed pickup time. Standard delivery is curbside/driveway; special access or additional services may require an agreed fee.
Safe use, inspection & written terms
Supervise safe use. Customers are responsible for claims caused by misuse, unauthorized alteration, or negligent handling to the extent permitted by Pennsylvania law. Report missing or damaged items promptly; otherwise equipment is considered received in acceptable condition. The rental agreement and written additions accepted by both parties contain the rental terms. Changes should be in writing.
